| Each of our gourmet bean soup mixes includes beans, spices
and the directions to make 2 1/2 to 3 quarts of soup, stew
or chili. You can cook these soups in the crock pot or on
the stove top. They are delicious, nutritious and easy to
prepare. We cook all of our soups in the crock pot, all day
(on high at this altitude), and after soaking the beans the
night before. All of our mixes have no Salt, Sugar, or MSG.
You can add your own salt when you are done cooking, salting
to your own taste. |

| Each gourmet seasoning mix has directions for 1 or more
recipes. All of our seasoning mixes contain: No added Salt,
no Sugar, and no MSG. They are incredibly easy to prepare,
with very little time needed. |

Our shipping and handling charge is $8.00 per order plus $0.45 for each bag of
soup and $0.10 for each package of seasoning. |
